Lentil Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots, grated
4 cups cooked lentils
2 egg whites
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup coriander (cilantro)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 chopped tomatoes
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Brown in a nonstick frying pan, stirring often.
Serve hot.
