Sweet Fennel Tea For Indigestion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons whole green fennel seeds
    6 cups water
    1/4 cup honey (optional)
Preparation
    Bring the fennel seeds and water to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce the heat to medium and simmer ,reducing the liquid to 4 cups for a milder tea (beat for children)and to 3 cups for a stronger one.
    Add the honey,stir to dissolve,and let steep a few minutes until it is cool enough to drink.
