Chive Sauce For Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3 tablespoons shallots, minced or 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons cognac
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons beef broth or 2 teaspoons chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation

Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add chives and cook about 10 seconds. Add cognac and stir.
Add parsley, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef (or chicken) broth and stir.
Swirl in 1 tablespoon butter and serve.
