Smoky Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons milk
    2 teaspoons mustard
    1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    Shape mixture into a ball.
    Combine pecans and parsley; roll cheese ball in pecan mixture.
    Let stand at room temp at least 30 minutes before serving.
