Fisk Boller - Fish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole herrings (or fish of your choice)
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 cup cream
    butter, melted
Preparation
    Skin herring; bone and grind.
    Add seasonings and cream.
    Form into balls and saute in butter.
