Vegan "Meatballs" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) package Lightlife Gimme Lean ground sausage
    6 ounces vegan veggie crumbles
    1/2 cup cracker crumb (saltines)
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    additional vegetable oil (for cooking)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl or electric mixer.
    Form into any size balls you like.
    Brown on all sides in oil. Continue heating until hot throughout.
