Mexicali Skillet Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 cp. water
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix (or more to taste)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can sweet peas
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can corn
1 1/2 cp. elbow macaroni
Preparation

Spray skillet with oil or cooking spray. Brown meat and onion. Drain fat.
Add taco seasoning mix and water, stirring to combine.
Add peas, corn and tomatoes. Stir well.
Stir in uncooked macaroni. If needed, add just enough water to cover macaroni for even cooking.
Cover and cook until pasta is cooked, stirring frequently.
