Buttery Creamy Crab "Tampico" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
    2 lbs cooked shelled crab, shredded
    1 1/4 cups manchego cheese or 1 1/4 cups gouda cheese, grated
    1/2 cup cream cheese
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    salt, to taste
    pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In melted butter, sautee onion until transparent.
    Add rest of the ingredients and cook until cheeses melt.
    Season to taste.
