Catalina Regal Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lbs regal rump roast
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup Catalina dressing
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
    1 teaspoon sunflower oil
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients and marinate the rump roast in them overnight.
    Bake in marinade at 225 for 4 hours.
