Lemon Pie Energy Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup diced dates
1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
zest of two lemon
Preparation

Combine dates, oats, lemon juice, and zest of one lemon in food processor. Pulse until Doug begins to form. Roll into 20 1\" balls.
Sprinkle balls with remaining zest.
store in sealed container in refrigerator.
