Grilled Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 sweet potatoes (medium sized)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
16 ounces pineapple juice
Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 450 degrees until fork tender.
Cut into wedges and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Place on grill until sugar carmelizes.
Brush with pineapple glaze.
Pineapple glaze:
Pour pineapple juice into 2 quart pot and bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer until reduced by 50%.
