Chewy Coconut Raisin Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
    1 egg
    1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Lightly grease a 8-inch (20 cm) square pan.
    In large saucepan, melt margarine. Remove from heat.
    Stir in brown sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Spread batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 20-25 minutes, or until light golden and sides begin to pull away from cake pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
