Dilly Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb red potatoes, cooked, cooled and cubed, with peel
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 chopped hard-boiled egg
Dressing
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Make dressing:.
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Place potatoes, green onions and hard boiled egg in a serving platter. Add dressing and mix gently to combine. Garnish with dill sprigs. Serve immediately, or chill until served.
