Frozen Hamburger Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 lbs lean ground beef
3 onions
1 egg
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together. Make a round circle out of a plastic container. Put meat mixture into it pressing flat . Put on a large cookie sheet and freeze . Then I put them in a plastic bag with wax paper between them.
