California Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 ounces water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    pepper
    3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, reserving 1/4 cup for topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Combine all ingredients except cheese for topping and blend well
    Spread into an oven proof-serving dish
    Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
    Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
