Mtedza (Peanut) Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
    1/2 cup margarine
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup flour
    powdered sugar
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add peanuts, vanilla, and flour. Roll into small balls.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven and while still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
    Repeat rolling when cold.
