Creole Pepper Sauce - 1 - - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red chili peppers
    1 small green pawpaw
    1 onion, large
    4 tablespoons mustard
    1 -2 garlic clove, pegs
    2 tablespoons salt
    1 1/2 pints vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon powdered saffron
    1 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation
    Boil pawpaw in skin, then cut into small pieces.
    deseed & finely chop peppers
    Finely chop onion & garlic.
    Mix all solid ingredients.
    Add vinegar & simmer mixture for approx 20 minutes.
    Cool , bottle in sterile jars.
