Emerald Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked rice
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup light cream
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put into a greased 1-1/2 qt casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
