Blueberry Banana Muesli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon dried cherries (or cranberries)
1/2 banana, chopped
1/3 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon walnuts
1/2 cup whole milk (or milk substitute)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Preparation

combine oats, yogurt and dried fruit, cover and refrigerate overnight.
add fruit, nuts and milk and sweetener if using, stir well and let sit 5-10 minutes.
enjoy cold!
