Chilighetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed, and drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/3 cup water
1 (8 ounce) envelope chili seasoning mix
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
In a large skillet, cook beef, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
Drain spaghetti, and add to meat mixture.
Stir in the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, water, chili seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.
