Sauces For Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Honey garlic Sauce
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup honey
    1/3 cup vinegar
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tablespoon soya sauce
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    Curry sauce
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    Horseradish sauce
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons horseradish
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Honey Garlic Sauce.Combine water,garlic and honey.
    Bring to a boil; be careful it heats quickly.
    Combine vinegar, soya sauce and cornstarch.
    Add to honey mixture; simmer a few minutes to let it thicken.
    Curry Sauce:.Combine all ingredients together and store in refrigerator.
    Horseradish Sauce:.Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
