Vietnamese Vegetable Stock Nuoc Leo Rau Cai - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 quarts water
1 cup sliced carrot
1 cup sliced cabbage
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced daikon radish
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Boil. Reduce liquid to half.
Strain and store.
Use in place of Chicken Broth in Vietnamese recipes.
