Apple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 apple, peeled cored and chopped
    3 cups cooked long-grain rice
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine eggs, sugar, sour cream, milk, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in raisins, apple and rice; spoon mixture into greased baking dish.
    Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter, sprinkle over rice mixture.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
