High Energy Liquid Meal Supplement - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pint skim milk
    1/4 cup skim milk powder
    2 egg whites
    1/4 banana, chopped (I always throw in a whole one)
    1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend!
    You can of course use just about any fruit& flavoured low fat yogurt that you like.
