Lillet Sin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ounces lillet blanc (well chilled)
    4 ice cubes
    3 -4 fresh mint leaves
    2 lime wedges
    1 thin slice fresh ginger (quarter size rough chopped)
    1 teaspoon sugar
    tonic water or sparkling water
    Garnish
    mint leaf
Preparation
    Muddle the mint, lime, ginger, and sugar in a shaker.
    Add the Lillet and ice, give a very good shaker till your hands can`t hold the shakers from being so cold.
    Pour into a ice filled glass and top up with club soda.
    Garnish with a sprig of mint.
