Churchill Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces butter
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup flour
    4 ounces sugar
    1 tablespoon cocoa
    Filling
    1 tablespoon icing sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup dried shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients.
    Put half the mixture into a flat tin and spread with a hot knife.
    Mix the filling and spread over the cake mixture in the tin.
    Cover with the remaining cake mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 20-30 minutes.
