Ingredients

2 tablespoons starch
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
2 tablespoons nuts
Preparation

1- Mix the melted starch, milk & the sugar together well, then keep stirring it with low heat till it solidify.
2- Mix the Strawberry Jam with the nuts & 1/2 tablespoon of the coffee dust.
3- Put the Mehelbe inside a cup then add in the middle the mix of the Jam, Coffee & nuts in the center on the cup then garnish with the coffee dust.
