Baked Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 - 2 cups canned pumpkin
    2 1/2 cups buttermilk
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 F and grease a 9x13 pan, or several smaller pans.
    Combine pumpkin and buttermilk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in sugars and butter, then beat in eggs.
    Combine and sift all dry ingredients.
    Add to pumpkin batter a little at a time, mixing after each addition.
    Pour batter into prepared pan and place in a hot water bath in the oven.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350 F and bake for another 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
