Fish Tikka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g cod (boneless and skinless)
    2 tablespoons red chilies (crushed)
    1 tablespoon cumin seed (roasted and powdered)
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    4 lemons
    salt
    2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
    mix all ingredient and marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours.
    thread on skewers and cook in hot pan.squeeze lemon juice on fish.serve it hot.
