Edible Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla, divided
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 dash salt
Preparation
    separate egg whites and yolks into two separate bowls.
    beat whites until stiffish.
    add powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla to whites.
    mix until ingredients are blended.

    in separate bowl, beat egg yolks until blended.
    add white sugar and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla to yolks.
    mix until ingredients are blended.

    pour yolk mixture into loaf pan or ramekins.
    sprinkle cinnamon evenly on top.
    gently spoon whites mixture on top.
    sprinkle with powdered sugar

    bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
