Quinoa,Edamame And Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup quinoa
    1 cup diced red capsicum
    1 cup edamame (shelled and boiled)
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup totasted pine nuts
    Dressing
    80 ml olive oil
    80 ml white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook quinoa in 2 cup swater.
    Cool and toss with the rest of the ingredients.
    For dressing shake all together and add as much as you like to salad.
