Power Shake - cooking recipe

1/2 frozen banana
1 cup strawberry
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
