Warm Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 lb cooked medium shrimp
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    5 cups salad greens
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter 1 minute.
    Add shrimp; cook for 2 minutes.
    Stir in broth and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
    Place greens on plates; top with shrimp mixture.
