Mock Rice Pudding..Low Fat Low Carb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
    1/3 - 2/3 cup reddi whip fat-free whipped topping
    Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
    cinnamon (to taste)
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, whip cream and splenda together.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
