Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 teaspoon minced dried onion
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (I like extra sharp)
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix well.
Lightly grease an 8\" baking pan.
Bake 350 till lightly golden brown.
About 15 to 20 minutes.
