Lemon Curried Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb chops
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 teaspoons curry powder
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1 1/2 ounces butter
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, curry powder, salt and sugar.
    Brush mixture over the chops and let stand for 2 hours to absorb the flavors.
    Heat the butter in a frying pan, cook until golden brown on both sides.
