Spiced Date Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup frozen banana, sliced
    4 dates, pitted and chopped
    1 pinch ground cloves (optional)
    1/16 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
    If you don't use frozen banana, you may add a couple ice cubes to the blender.
    Pour into a cup and serve!
