Mandarin Orange Salad With Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches lettuce
    2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
    1/2 cup salted peanuts
    Dressing
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons onions, minced
    2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and combine with oranges and peanuts in a large bowl.
    For dressing: Combine sugar, oil, mustard, slat, vinegar, onion and poppy seeds in a jar. Shake well to blend. Toss the salad with desired amount of dressing.
