2 naan bread
4 tablespoons tzatziki, yogurt and cucumber dip
1/2 red pepper, cut into fine strips
1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F Lay 2 Naans on a baking tray. Spread 2 tablespoons Tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread. Top each naan with 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of the red pepper strips and chicken. Drizzle each pizza lightly with olive oil, 2 more tablespoons finely shredded Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake 8 minutes. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
