Sweet Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 (10 ounce) pineapple chunks, drained
    1 1/2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
    Steam chicken until chicken is no longer pink in center in a Zip N Steam bag, approximately 8-10 minutes, shake bag once to ensure even cooking.
    Combine pineapple chunks, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and ginger in saucepan.
    Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
    Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
