Balsamic Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    salt and pepper, as desired
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover steak with marinade.
    Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
    Remove steak from marinade.
    Sear steak on each side in hot skillet.
    Finish cooking to desired doneness in skillet or oven.
