Simple Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    4 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
    1 large garlic clove, pressed
    ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic in a large plastic food storage bag.
    Add chicken and marinate 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Broil chicken 7 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
