Gourmet Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3 cups medium noodles (approx. 4 oz.)
    2 1/2 cups tomato juice (I use V-8 juice, more flavor)
    1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 (12 ounce) can beef broth
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup sour cream
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, garlic and salt. Add a little oil if you need it (I find I don't).
    Add noodles.
    Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper, beef broth and water in a bowl and stir. Pour mixture over beef and noodles.
    Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes (or until noodles are cooked to your liking).
    Stir in mushrooms and sour cream. Heat through and serve.
