Easy Chocolate Crumb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unsweetened chocolate square
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    4 beaten egg yolks
    2 cups soft breadcrumbs
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    In the top of double boiler,melt the chocolate.
    Add in the bread crumbs,almonds and salt.
    Combine well.
    Fold in the 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Cover,steam in double boiler for 25 minutes.
    This can be served warm,or chilled,with whipped cream if desired.
