Greek Turkey Burgers With Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Yogurt Sauce
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
Burgers
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
Preparation

Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving time.
In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165\u00b0F Serve burgers on buns with yogurt sauce.
