Artichoke And Garbanzo Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon oregano or 1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    2 (10 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup pimento stuffed olive, sliced
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together garlic, lemon juice, oregano and pepper.
    Add other ingredients.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve at room temperature.
