Crock Pot Chicken Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups brown rice
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup apple juice
    10 -12 chicken pieces
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a bowl combine soups, butter and juice.
    Place rice in crock pot and pour 1/2 soup mixture to cover.
    Place chicken in next.
    Pour remaining soup over chicken.
    Top with almonds and cheese.
    Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
