Cucumber Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, halved and thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, julienned
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons raisins
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, carrots, onions and raisins.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
