One Pot Polish Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 smoked beef sausage, sliced
15 small gold potatoes, scrubbed
1 head of cabbage, cored and quartered
4 cups water
Preparation

In a large pot add your potatoes and cover with water.
Add your cabbage wedges leafy side up.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the sausage slices on top of the cabbage and cook for the remaining 10 minutes.
Arrange ingredients in a large bowl and serve hot with butter, salt and pepper.
