Sriracha Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sriracha asian garlic sauce, to taste
Preparation

Drain the chickpeas and add to a food processor along with the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin. Process until smooth, adding additional olive oil (or water), as needed.
Start with 1 tablespoon of sriracha and add to the hummus or more to taste.
